Cancellations & Refunds.

We want you to be sure Hubbleflow is right for you. This policy describes when you can cancel and what refunds are available.

Full refund window

If you enroll in a cohort and decide it isn’t for you, email us within 7 days of the cohort start date (or before the second live session, whichever is later) for a full refund.

After the first two weeks

After the refund window, cohort fees are non-refundable because a significant portion of the program content and instructor time has already been delivered.

Exceptional circumstances

If something unexpected prevents you from continuing (medical, personal emergency, or similar), email us at hello@hubbleflow.ai. We handle these case by case and usually offer a deferral to the next cohort.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Email hello@hubbleflow.ai from the address you enrolled with. Include your name and cohort name. Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days and go back to the original payment method.
